Policy
Your complete shopping
satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you ordered
from Ambianceforthehome.com does not meet your expectations, simply
return it by mail or directly to the store in Glendale, AZ within
21 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted below
To return an item
• You must include all the original parts, packaging, documents
etc.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return
the item except in the situations noted below under “exceptions”.
• You must immediately notify the web site administration
by email, phone or fax of your intent to return any item along with
the reason for the return.
All refunds will:
• Be in the same form as the original payment
• Be equal to the unit price plus any applicable tax
• Exclude shipping and handling (see “exceptions”
below) and any other service charge.
Exceptions to the return
policy:
• If the item received is not the item ordered, Ambiance will
refund any shipping costs paid to return the item and immediately
ship the correct item to you.
• If the damage to the item is the responsibility of the shipping
handlers and not Ambiance, then we will not issue a refund. In this
situation a claim must be filed directly with the shipping company.
Items that cannot be
returned:
Opened CD’s or obviously used books
Credit for Gift Returns
• If the item received was a gift it can be returned for store
credit only, which will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
• The customer is still responsible for all shipping costs
required to return the item and for the shipping cost of the replacement.
